  • In terms of section 34 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, every person has the right of access to Courts. In achieving this, the Government is obliged to provide sufficient Courts to the public in order to grant every citizen a fair right to access to Court.

Until recently, the Gauteng North High Court had jurisdiction over the Gauteng province, Limpopo province and Mpumalanga province. Recently, a High Court has been established in the Limpopo province, and our Mpumalanga visitors to our website, may be pleased to read that the establishment of a Mpumalanga High Court in Nelspruit/Mbombela, is also now in process. The Mpumalanga High Court will ultimately be established in Nelspruit/Mbombela. In the interim, and until further announcement, the Gauteng North High Court will still enjoy jurisdiction over the Mpumalanga province, on the basis that temporary circuit Courts have been established for the Nelspruit/Mbombela and Middelburg areas of the Mpumalanga province.

This firm is well established in Pretoria as well as Nelspruit, to be able to offer services to visitors of our website in all provinces, via our offices situated in Pretoria and in Nelspruit.
